In from out of town and wanted a couples massage so we booked at Springling. Massage. The ladies talked through a majority of the massage(disappointing). Massage was good and during my scalp massage I mentioned that it felt nice. She said you should let us shampoo your hair and give you a good scalp massage/arm/neck massage too. She said we shampoo/condition/steam and dry your hair and it takes about 45 minutes. I asked her to show me the equipment and I was looking for the new shampoo systems with the copper rinser that massages your scalp. Sure enough, it was there and I said yes! I have been wanting to try that so I opted to have the service. 20 minutes later she gets a blow dryer out and starts drying my hair. I said, wait, that’s it? She said yes. I said what about the copper deal and the high pressure rinse/massage. She said, oh! That is broken so I need to have my husband come fix it. I said well, that is what I was looking forward to. She said, I know but it is broken. I told her I wish I had been told that before because I wouldn’t have had the service. She said sorry. Still charged me $60. Then she shook us down for more tip money. We will not be returning due to deceptive business. Very disappointed because I read reviews and they were all good. Makes me wonder who really wrote them……
